Our service currently supports M4A audio files. Please ensure that your file uses the .m4a extension.

How long does the repair process take?

The repair process usually takes just a few minutes. The exact duration depends on the file size and complexity.

What happens if my file cannot be fixed?

If our system cannot repair your file, you will receive an error message and will not be charged for the service.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We do not disclose any information, including emails and audio files, without the customer’s permission. Additionally, we completely delete all files – including the original corrupted files, temporary files used for repair work, and the repaired files – after the service has been provided or if you cancel the service.

How do I pay for the service?

After your file is repaired, you can preview the first and last 10 seconds to ensure the quality meets your expectations. If you're satisfied with the preview, simply proceed to pay via PayPal, and you'll be able to download the complete, fully repaired file.
