Absolutely. We do not disclose any information, including emails and audio files, without the customer’s permission. Additionally, we completely delete all files – including the original corrupted files, temporary files used for repair work, and the repaired files – after the service has been provided or if you cancel the service.
After your file is repaired, you can preview the first and last 10 seconds to ensure the quality meets your expectations. If you're satisfied with the preview, simply proceed to pay via PayPal, and you'll be able to download the complete, fully repaired file.
